FAIR PLAY POLICY

It's probably best that you take the time to read the server rules once. Failing to do so will not be an excuse should you fail to adhere to them:)

RESPECT FOR THE PLAYERS

The Fair Play Policy exists to remind players to act more welcoming and inclusive of diversity. It also serves as a reminder that one’s intent is not always read the same way by other people.

We expect users to treat players respectfully, including in any communication/chat channels. Therefore, it is not allowed:

• Racism, hate speech or any discriminatory statements, including the placement of links to materials of this content

• Offensive expressions, links to materials insulting or degrading the honor and dignity of Users and third parties

• Inappropriate language or content, including obscene, vulgar, sexist or unethical, links with erotic or pornographic content, threats or actions that may be considered sexual harassment

• Requesting any personal information in the chat

• The use of avatars and nicknames related to politics, military issues or that are offensive or obscene (including obscene/abusive words or phrases in any language).

WE DON’T TOLERATE

• Spamming (including emojis, emojis, stickers and phrases), bashing, flaming

• Linking to cracks, key generators, pirated content and promoting piracy overall

• Any advertising, including advertising or promotion of drugs and resources containing such information

• Using a third party’s intellectual property (f.ex. full or partial scans of articles, books, full transcriptions of articles, etc.), well-known trade names, trademarks, logos, unless you have a right to do so, use of other people's names

While the examples above are not comprehensive, they should give you an idea of what is not acceptable. The Company reserves the right to change and supplement this list unilaterally.

CHEATING

Cheating examples are listed below:

• Using third-party software to gain unfair advantages or manipulate game progress;

• Modify or otherwise alter the Game's program code;

• Gain advantages in a non-playable manner;

• Use Game bugs to gain an advantage over other players;

• Use the Game in a manner that disrupts the Game's operation for other players;

• Place objects of exclusive rights in the Game and/or on related resources without the consent of their right holders.

• Rating manipulation, participation in contract games;

• Bullying players;

• Deliberately delaying the game.

How to report cheating?

If you encounter suspicious behavior, you can contact us by clicking on the “Support” button in the Game Settings. Please attach a screenshot showing the player’s information and any evidence of unfair activity. We will investigate your report and take the necessary actions to prevent cheating.

UNAUTHORIZED SALE/PURCHASE

If you come across a suspicious site or link claiming they can give free chips or free tickets, we recommend that you:

• do not open these sites or links;

• report such instances to us.

Actions for unauthorized sales and purchases can lead to a ban in the chat or to an account ban. However, each case is considered individually, and depending on the degree of violation, the punishment may change in one direction or another. We also have the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate the Agreement with the User without prior notice by blocking the account without subsequent refund of funds deposited as payment for additional functionality.

NB: Dear User, we do not carry out any actions related to the receipt or transfer of User's funds. The terms and procedure for purchasing the sale of chips, tickets and other assets are governed by the Terms of Use and the terms and conditions of the relevant third party services. Please note that we are not responsible for acquiring transactions, including the sale and purchase of virtual currency, chips and tickets.
